Teen Brags It Was ‘Hella Fun’ After Stabbing Man 22 Times, Say Police

Bureaucrats in Washington are assessing a deeply disturbing incident involving a -year-old boy accused of stabbing a man times then later bragging about the attack in a handwritten journal calling it hella fun The juvenile suspect whose name has not been publicly disclosed due to his age was arrested earlier this week after investigators tied him to the brutal stabbing of a -year-old man who survived but remains hospitalised in serious condition According to Spokane police the attack occurred on April near a wooded area behind a local apartment complex The victim who reportedly knew the teen casually was lured to the spot under pretences before being ambushed and stabbed repeatedly in the chest and abdomen Teen Brags It Was Hella Fun After Stabbing Man Times Say Police What shocked officers even more than the attack itself was what they discovered during a search of the teen s bedroom a personal journal in which he described the stabbing in graphic detail He wrote that it was hella fun and he requested to do it again noted Police Chief Andy Meeks The entry was chilling He presented absolutely no remorse The boy was taken into custody without happening and is currently being held at a juvenile detention center He faces charges of attempted murder assault with a deadly weapon and premeditated assault and prosecutors are already considering trying him as an adult due to the severity and calculated nature of the crime Representatives say the boy had no prior record but had just now been suspended from school for violent outbursts Mental medical professionals have been brought in to evaluate him as part of the court process The victim is expected to survive but faces a long recovery according to hospital staff
